A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction about our services, content, or how a matter has been handled, including concerns about:

- Response to previous inquiries

How to Make a Complaint
Email (Preferred)
Send your complaint to [email protected] with “Complaint” in the subject line.
Contact Form
Use our Contact Form and select “Other” as the subject, noting your message is a complaint.
Our Complaints Process
If You’re Not Satisfied
You may request a review by a senior team member by replying to our response within 14 days explaining why you are dissatisfied. The senior review will be completed within 10 business days.
